We are confident that you will love our frames and lenses, but if for any reasons you do not find the product satisfactory, you can return it within the first 30 business days of receipt of your item; you are entitled to a money back return.

Exchange Policy

  1. Frames purchased without prescription lenses from Glasses Gallery may be exchanged for other frames of equal or lesser value; Glasses Gallery will not refund the difference if the exchange pair is of lesser value than the item returned.
  2. Frames purchased without prescription lenses from Glasses Gallery may be exchanged for other frames of higher value, and you will need to pay for the difference in amount using the same credit or debit card account supplied to pay for the original order.
  3. Frames with prescription lenses may be exchanged. Exchange policy as above-mentioned applies. In addition, a lens-reordering fee will be charged, which is equivalent to 50% of the purchase price of lenses as specified on your invoice. Except for the situation of standard lenses package with prescription, lens re-ordering fee will not be applied.

Refund Policy

  1. Purchases of frames without prescription lenses from Glasses Gallery may be refunded. A $15 re-stocking fee for frames will be applied.
  2. Purchases of frames with prescription lenses from Glasses Gallery may be refunded. A $15 re-stocking fee for frames will be applied, plus a re-ordering fee for lenses, which is equivalent to 50% of the purchase price of lenses shown on the invoice.
  3. All refunds are limited to the maximum value of the original order, and will only be issued back to the same credit or debit card account supplied to pay for the original order.
  4. In the event that a Promotion Code is used, the amount to be refunded will be the purchase price shown on the invoice issued by Glasses Gallery minus any applicable re-stocking fee and lenses re-ordering fee.
  5. We are currently unable to accept returns of eyeglasses if the eyeglasses or their complimentary accessories are not in their original merchantable condition, or if the eyeglasses or their complimentary accessories are returned more than 30 business days after the date of receipt.
  6. If lenses are deemed by the manufacturer to be defective, we will issue you a refund.

Procedures for Exchanges and Returns are easy:

  1. Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA Form) that is included in our shipment and e-mail it back to our CSO at cso@glassesgallery.com
  2. Our CSO will return your e-mail upon receipt of your exchanges or returns request, and follow up the process with confirmation of acceptance or denial.
  3. You may contact our CSO at cso@glassesgallery.com for further instructions.


The RMA Number, found on top of your RMA Form, must be written on the outside of the package. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA Number will not be accepted.
